Each systems of ICD-10 have many more codes also than the previous one.

If we check in ICD-9, it does not tell us the specification whether it was the left one or the right one. However, if we use ICD-10 system, it will definitely offer either option even it presents additional details on how an injury of disease is progressing or healing.
