Sleeping is something that you should not ignore. If you have joint pain and you are not sleeping enough recently, it may be as a cause and effect. So, start with good sleep habit such as cutting out the caffeine at least 6 hours before bed. If you cannot sleep well after doing some things, consult it with your doctor.

Being a smoker will lead you to many health conditions. A smoker or a user of any other tobacco is at much higher risk for joint problems. Nicotine that can be found in cigarette constricts tiny blood vessels that supply blood to your joint. So, work on quitting smoking ASAP.
