One of some important organs and systems in our body is digestive system. Diverticulitis is a digestive disease. It happens when pouches within the large bowel wall get inflamed of infected. Pouches are also called diverticula which are formed in the wall of the colon.

  • Garlic

Garlic believes as natural infection prevention. It can prevent the infection of the pouches. Eat garlic one clove three times a day. There are so many ways to eat it like chop it into salad or add it to soup.

  • Barley

Barley is a digestive anti-inflammatory. You can add some vegetable soup or stew into it. You can also have some barley flour, flakes and grits. Consume it regularly intended to combat your diverticulitis.
